This beginner friendly class teaches the basic fundamentals of boxing, muay thai, and kickboxing. Students will learn proper stances, footwork, offensive, and defensive techniques. Students will also learn proper pad holding and variations of the clinch. This class is meant to align directly with the Big Kids class.

Adult Martial Arts for Fitness, Self-Defense, and Personal Growth

Whether your goals are to just get in shape or to compete, this class is recommended. It is a requirement for all students with a desire to compete and before being approved to take the Intermediate Muay Thai/Kickboxing class.
